Once connected, your mapped drive will appear as a 'client drive' in the storage options list. You can also map a drive to the file server with your computer before connecting to Citrix, and access it as a 'client drive'. Since it's handled directly by the server, it's much faster. The best method is to use Lehigh's Kumo service, which allows you to set drive mappings for various services (including cloud storage services) as well as local file servers. If you have access to a departmental file server, and want to access those files from within Citrix, there are two methods. If you're using a Windows or macOS computer, you can also save files to your local computer - see ' Finding and Saving Files in LUapps (Citrix) ' How do I access a departmental file server from a Citrix app? If you enable Kumo you can also save directly into your Lehigh Google drive, Dropbox or Microsoft onedrive cloud storage.
The H-drive is backed up several times a day using two different methods, and is accessible both on-campus, and over the internet using the VPN. This depends a lot on the particular app you're using, but generally, look for files to be saved in the 'VirtualFiles' folder in your H-drive.
